125. Are you being Proactive or Reactive? Do you want less stress, less overwhelm, less anxiousness and instead more peace and patience! Let’s apply a few steps today!!

So if you know me or this podcast I will tell you that Planning is how you can be super proactive in this Mom life!  So the question is are you being proactive about your life and your emotions or finding yourself more reactive to things that happen?

When we are proactive and keep things simple we are able to have more peace and joy and patience! Can I get an amen!? haha
