30. Are you truly prioritizing self care that matters? We forget about the simple things we can do to take care of our physical well being, and our emotional and mental health!

Let's be honest! Most people think of the spa when it comes to self care. Immediately we go to these wonderful luxuries that we experience when sometimes it's as simple as making that appointment! 

Get to your chiropractor, doctors appointment , or maybe you need to start meditation. We need to start asking ourselves these hard questions and evaluate what we need to start prioritizing to take care of ourselves better!
