49. What is your belief about yourself? Your belief will dictate your actions and an outcome. Is it the the outcome that you actually want or do you need to shift your mindset?
You know coming out of my hot mess mom life I remember how it all started. It was my belief about myself and that truly was affecting the actions I took each day or maybe the action I was not taking.
The thing is your result or outcome is also affected so is that what you want or do you need to adjust some thoughts and beliefs about what you can or cannot do? Maybe who you are, or the type of person you are!
