7. Are you being intentional about what you want to change or are you just making a goal?
We all have goals and things we want in our lives to change but the reality of it is, are we truly being intentional about it?? The "Thing" we are wanting needs attention and focus as well as a game plan! The content of the thing is so important!
Let's take a quick dive into the meaning of intention and an example in my life that truly helped me get results and helped me and my spouse!
