8. Choosing an attitude of GRATITUDE in the midst of hard things
Hello Friend! Today I am sharing a tough situation that I walked through and how I chose to have a shift in my thoughts and focus on gratitude.
It is definitely hard to do at times but as you do this more and train your thoughts you will find that over time it serves as the natural direction of your mind and heart's focus. Gratitude is so crucial to maintain emotional and mentally stability and strength!
