I’m Sara! Planning partner and dreamer! I remember that anxious feeling of ”Hot mess mom life” and at some point had accepted that I was just going to fly by the seat of my pants in mom life. The overwhelm, the stress, and the anxiety of getting everything that I needed to get done in the home as a wife and mom, and then still showing up in my business confident all while working outside of the home felt chaotic!

Over time and intentional reflection I realized that I needed to learn to Plan, and prioritize so that I could find Peace! I started implementing daily routines, developing positive habits and taking small action throughout each day and found that I could not only do anything I set out to do but I could be proud of who I was becoming! My faith started to blossom, daily tasks became habits in my day, I started the shift of focusing more on my health and overall wellness and less stress was now achievable and didn’t seem impossible anymore!

I found lots breakthrough in this season through Planning, journaling, goal setting and a focus on my health physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Mom life is not always easy especially when you are working towards goals and staying organized can seem overwhelming while trying to balance all the things in life! Balance is an ongoing juggle of prioritizing in each season but you are capable, able , and created to crush it!

In this Show I pray you will find practical and tactical steps to help you overcome and breakthrough those struggles so that you can experience joy in all you are doing in life!

My mission is to empower you in this season so that you can confidently crush your days, design a purpose driven life, and discover that strong confident women within who goes after her goals, while still showing up as present parent!

So are you running tight on time but you want to do all the things like workout, journal, have quiet time, prayer time, and everything else !? 
I remember how hard this was so my tip for you is research some nice gyms that offer an awesome child care area and make that investment in yourself! 
You not only can workout but you can also break up your time to get dressed, shower alone, journal, have quiet time, meditate, and even to work on your business if needed! 
Use the gym as a time to crush those goals and not just the getting fit goals!

Maybe you can relate ?! I wanted routines because it sounded good but it also sounded strict and hard!
What if we started creating routines that were not so strict and instead flexible and fluid so that when things come up it's okay!!
Or what about not having the exact same step every single time?! Crazy to think that right?! Well I know being a busy, scatter brained momma being flexible has worked so great in this season! 
Motherhood is full of surprises and sometimes we need to give ourselves some slack and take away that strict mentality so that we don't end up feeling like we failed or that it is just too hard to do!
I now know that I can confidently create routines and systems within my life that leave me feeling successful and thriving! I accomplish all the things but it might go in a different order every single time ! haha!

Have you ever tried to think of monthly routines that you could incorporate but not sure what to really start with?!
Here are my top 3 that I do every month and honestly it just sets me up for other routines and of course less stress in my life ! Amen to that !
These 3 do not cost a lot of money, not a lot of time but they have a lasting impact which is why they are my favorite!

You know sometimes we get caught up in such big tasks throughout our days that simple little steps are ignored or forgotten. 
Here, I want to ring some awareness to those small tasks like picking up a piece of clothing off the floor! Sounds easy right?! 
Well if I am being super honest I have been guilty about not doing small tasks and in the end it makes it harder when I am building habits and routines that take more time.

Ok friends! Mindset is so important but there's nothing wrong with giving a little love to our physical outward self so that we can look good to feel good! 
I know I had to personally work on feeling good on the outside by putting in effort and making an investment in a few things that truly helped boost my confidence so that each day I felt ready to take on the day ahead!

You know my laundry game didn't take much to be manageable and not stressful if I am being honest!
It took a couple tweaks and a few adjustments and now even though it is not PERFECT because remember here we seek Progress over perfection, it no longer stresses me out and in fact, I haven't been behind on my laundry in quite some time! woohoo!
It's not rocket science but sometimes we need someone to just give us a nudge just like my friend did and funny enough it started with a mental decision then intentional action to follow of course. 
Intentional Action + Accountability + Reminders = SUCCESS 
Now go slay that laundry!

So I don't know about you but I'm so hard on myself! I have had to check my inner talk about myself because I give myself impossible expectations and instead of seeking Progress I seek Perfection! 
I am here to tell you to stop seeking perfection friend! It is an impossible expectation and will leave you with disappointment. 
Let's choose and be aware of the growth and progress in everything we do instead!

So sometimes we should probably take a step back when we start complaining. I mean honestly and I'm not throwing stones. Friends, I do this all the time. I have to check my perspective and attitude and ask myself if I'm choosing the right focus. 
We can get easily caught up in the negative mindset of why we are upset or disappointed in something but in this episode you'll hear an exact example of how I recognized that I need to adjust my thoughts and also how it influenced others to do the same! 
You're going to love it!! Let's chase that growth mindset and fuel ourselves with more positivity, joy, and happiness because that's our choice!!

I am a firm believer in holy spirit whispers to our hearts and calling us to be still. Why? Because I experienced it myself and so grateful I listened. 
Not only did we as a family walk through some really tough stuff and I was able to be emotionally and mentally stable but God showed me new direction for the next season as well. 
How beautiful is that!?

So after having my son I felt like everything took forever to do! I thought making the bed, or vacuuming the house was going to take me hours. 
Then one day I started timing myself to actually see how long it took me and WOW I was blown away and felt kind of silly thinking it took me so long. 
Let's tell that dramatic brain that it doesn't actually take that long or maybe your just not giving yourself enough time to do the thing!
