I remember that anxious feeling of ”Hot mess mom life” and at some point had accepted that I was just going to fly by the seat of my pants in my life and business. The overwhelm, the stress, and the anxiety of getting everything that I needed to get done in the home as a wife and mom, and then still showing up in my business confident all while working outside of the home felt chaotic! Over time and intentional reflection I realized that I needed to learn to Plan, and prioritize so that I could find Peace! I started implementing daily routines, developing positive habits and taking small action throughout each day and found that I could not only do anything I set out to do but I could be proud of who I was becoming! My faith started to blossom, daily tasks became habits in my day, I started the shift of focusing more on my health and overall wellness and less stress was now achievable and didn’t seem impossible anymore! I found lots breakthrough in this season through Planning, journaling, goal setting and a focus on my health physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Mom life is not always easy especially when you are working towards goals and staying organized can seem overwhelming while trying to balance all the things in life! Balance is an ongoing juggle of prioritizing in each season but you are capable, able , and created to crush it! In this Show I pray you will find practical and tactical steps to help you overcome and breakthrough those struggles so that you can experience joy in all you are doing in life and business! I love this topic of being busy vs intentional and purposeful action! We all are some kind of busy if we are honest with each other but what kind of busy are we?! Are we taking steps that move us towards our goals or are we just filling our day with "stuff" and leaving room to disappoint ourselves?
Today we are talking about some examples in our personal and our business lives that if we do not take purposefully planned action we will surely get lost in the busy and not move the needle forward in our goals!

What do you do after you get to the results ?? There are a few important things that I believe are super important and that we should consider when we get to a result whether that's halfway to where we wanted to be or maybe we got 100% of the way ! 
Either way, we should do a heart check, evaluate, then steward our results in an honorable way. I truly believe in this process and this can be applied to every part of our lives!

I just came back from a PowHer retreat for women and I am so filled!! But, that also means it's a great time to take action because my belief is really strong and my action will show up differently right now! So I am not going to miss out!!
